手摇或脚踩功率自行车运动对心率的影响

摘    要:本文研究了单侧手摇或脚踩功率自行车运动时心率(HR)的不同反应。结果发现,在较低负荷时(25W),两种运动方式下的HR几无差别(P>.05);但随着负荷的增加(50W和75W时),手摇运动时心率上升得更高,和脚踩相比有明显的差异性(P<0.05和p<0.001)。以上结果表明,参与运动的肌肉群数量和大小不同,引起的心血管反应也有所差别,其机制可能和交感紧张性升高及更高的通气率等因素有关。

Abstract:Different responses of heart rate (HR) to arm exercise and leg exercise carried out on a bicycle ergometer were observed. The results showed that there was almost no disparity in HR response to this two modes of exers ises during lower work load (25w) With the incre ment of exereise intens ity(50w and 75w), however, HR rised more rap idly in arm cranking, indicating significant differenees (P<0.05 and P<0.001 respectively) compared with leg pedalling. These data implied that the difference in mnscle bulk between the arm and leg could result in distinctive responces of cardiovascular system. The mechanism is that arm cranking caused higher cardiovascular outflow and higher ventilation rate.
