| 摘 要： | 新形势下思想政治工作要获得新的生命力，就必须适应形势，大胆创新。思想政治工作要进行创新必须从以下三个方面着手：从思想政治工作自身内在矛盾入手实现创新，从思想政治工作发挥作用的外在领域进行拓展实现创新，当前思想政治工作要“以人为本”实现创新。
