| 摘 要： | 多少年来,教育部门也三声五令地严禁教师体罚和变相体罚学生.那么,老师在对犯错学生行使教育义务的同时是否有适度惩戒的权利?推行激励、赏识教育,以平等的姿态与孩子对话,给孩子创造宽松自由的氛围.这些都是我们每一位教育工作者所追求的一个较高的境界.但也应对之犯错后的适度惩戒,任其发展,那他也将难以真正认识犯错后应该承担的责任,同时,我们惩戒犯错学生不光是教育了犯错学生本身,更重要的是还教育了其他的学生,让其他人引以为戒.因此,在我们的教育中适度运用惩戒是很有必要的,应该赋予老师对学生的惩戒权.

| Abstract: | So, teacher at to make mistake the student exercise the education compulsory have at the same time within limit the right that reprimand? Promote to encourage, appreciate the education, with equal carriage and child' s dialogue, creates to child to loosen the free atmosphere. These are all we each an educator an a higher state for pursuing. But too the moderation making mistake behind that reply reprimands, a duty for its development, that he too hard and real cognition making mistake behind should undertaking, at the same time, we reprimand to make mistake the student not educated to make mistake the student only, more important still educated the other student, let others cited as lesson to be learned. It's necessary to wse punishment propely in our education. Teachers should be jiven the right to punish students. |
