摘    要:“国培计划”的成效不仅得益于党和政府对教师培训的高度重视,不仅得益于长期积淀的培训经验和仁人志士的精心组织,其关键更有赖于对教师培训的理性认识和创新实践。从教与学的角度上讲,充分认识“学习者”、“教学者”和“生命者”的教师角色,深刻领会“状态大于方法”、“研究大于经验”和“关键大于整体”的培训取向,积极践行“以关键问题为基础”、“以反思研究为支撑”和“以幸福人生为追求”的培训策略,这既是“国培计划”高效实施的现实命题,更是推进教师培训科学化、专业化发展和可持续发展的重大课题。

Abstract:The effectiveness of the national teacher training program is not only profitting from party and government attaching great importance to teacher training, not only benefitting from the long-term accumulation of training experience and the elaborate organization of training professionals, but also depending on the rational knowledge and the practice of teacher training. From the point of view of teaching and learning, fully realizing of the "learners" , "teaching" and "life" role of the teachers, deeply comprehending the training orientation of "state is more important than the method", "research is more important than experience" and "the key is more important than the whole", and actively practicing the training strategy of "key issues as the basis", " Introspection and research as support" and "a happy life as pursuit", which are not only the realistic proposition of the efficient implementation of National Teacher Training Program, but also the major task of promo- ting the teachers training of scientific, professional and sustainable development.
