| 摘 要： | 资源的广泛共享是"两型社会"的内在要求,图书馆联盟是图书馆行业集群化发展的有效模式之一,其目标是实现资源高度整合共享和书香社会。依托长株潭城市群"两型社会"建设综合配套改革试验区先行先试的优势,能在一定程度上有效构建区域图书馆联盟,文章试图提出"以资源和平台(技术)为两翼、以运行机制为基础、以人力要素为动力"的区域图书馆联盟资源共建共享综合模型体系。参考文献9。

| Abstract: | Resources sharing is the inherent requirement of the ＂Two - oriented Society＂, the library alliance is one of the most effective modes of cluster development of library profession and its goal is to achieve high integrated and sharing resources. Relying on the advantages of Changsha - Zhuzhou - Xiangtan city group comprehensive reform experimental area of the construction of＂ Two - oriented Society＂, we may certainly build an effective regional library alliance, this paper tries to put forward a model of co - construction and sharing recourses regional library alliance by ＂making the resources and platform （technology） as the two wings, putting the mecha- nism as the foundation and taking the human elements as the power＂. 9 refs. |
