| 摘 要： | 解放初期由于干部不足,党中央从上海招收了一批知识青年组成“南下服务团”到福建来参与建设。本文对“南下服务团”的成员进行分析,认为其成员具有年轻化、知识化、政治素质高、来源广泛等等特点,并进一步阐明其在福建省解放初的建设及稳定中所做的贡献。

| Abstract: | For the shortage of cadres in the early post-liberation period, the Party Central Committee recruits the school leaders and forms the "Southward-service Society" to join the construction of Fujian province. The Paper analyses the members, concludes that they are young, highly educated and with high political quality, and clarifies the contributions of "Southward-service Society" in the progress of construction of Fujian. |
