| 摘 要： | 加强学术规范建设,既需要道德自律,也需要制度他律.加强学术规范制度的建设必须整饬学术道德,规范学术研究,加强学术规范教育与训练,建构科学的学术评价体系,开展学术批评,加强学术反腐败制度建设,在学术工作中推动学风建设,创新科研管理制度等.

| Abstract: | To strengthen the construction of academic norm needs not only the education of morality, but also the construction of systems, strengthening academic morals need the following measures.regulating academic research, enhancing the education and the training of academic norm, constructing scientific academic evaluating system and carrying out criticism, fostering academic environment, and innovating system of scientific study management. |
