| 摘 要： | 精细化管理作为一种企业文化理念被引入学生工作，是新形势下对民办高校学生工作的新要求，为民办高校学生工作管理提供了一个新视角和新模式，是破解民办高校学生工作难题的重要举措，具有十分重要的意义。本文试图从民办高校学生工作精细化管理概述入手，阐述民办高校学生工作精细化管理的意义所在，进而提出民办高校学生工作精细化管理的途径。

| Abstract: | As a kind of enterprise culture idea, fine management is introduced into student work, which is the new requirement of student work in private colleges under the new situation, provides a new perspective and new mode for the management of private college student work, and is an important measure to solve the problem of student work in private colleges, so it is of vital signif-icance. Starting from the definition of the fine management of student work in private colleges, this paper attempts to expound the significance of fine management, and puts forward the way of fine management of student work in private colleges. |
