| 摘 要： | 班级是学校教育和管理的基本单位，也是班主任进行教育工作的依靠力量和组织保证。对于一个优秀班集体而言，良好的班级往往表现出积极而活跃、协调而融洽的特征，它有利于提高学生的思想道德素质，使学生形成良好的行为习惯；有利于形成健康向上，积极进取的班风。

| Abstract: | The class, as the basic unit of school education and management, is also the support and guarantee for the head teacher to implement education.
