| 摘 要： | 司法公正是法的自身要求,也是依法治国的要求。而要真正实现司法公正又必须具备一系列条件,司法观念的现代化是实现司法公正的重要前提条件,司法独立是实现司法公正的体制要求,法官素质是实现司法公正最关键的因素。

It needs a series of prerequisite to realize the real judicial justice. The author thinks the modernization of the judicial concepts is the most important prerequiste to realize the real judicial justice; the judicial independence is the request of realizing the judicial justice system;the quality of judges is the most important factor to realize the judicial justice |
