| 摘 要： | 从一定时期的经济关系和国家经济政策两个方面来分析中国当前经济犯罪可知经济犯罪主要指破坏社会主义市场经济秩序的犯罪，其外延在一步步缩小，财产犯罪和职务犯罪逐步与经济犯罪区别开来。

| Abstract: | Through an analysis of current economic crime in China in the light of both the relationships in economic activities and the state economic policies, one can see that economic crime chiefly means the offense against the socialist market economic order, and its extension is reducing by step, while crime involving improper conversion of other's property or committed by public officials for economic gains is gradually separated from economic crime. |
