莫让“学优生”成为数学教学的绊脚石

摘    要:在教学中,我们常常会受到"学优生"的干扰,面对"学优生"的干扰,我们千万不能被干扰的表面教学现象所迷惑,切莫让他们成为教学的绊脚石,而是应当巧妙利用"学优生"。教师在教学中不妨设计有挑战性的问题、让学生知其所以然、让"学优生"成为小老师,从而切实提高课堂教学的有效性。

Abstract:In daily teaching,teachers are often troubled by top students’ questions.When facing the situation,teachers should not misunderstand the question itself and let it become an obstacle in furthering the lecture.On the contrary,teachers can make full use of top students' questions and design challenging questions for them to solve thoroughly.Those top students will become teachers’ assistants and together improve classroom teaching efficiency.
