| 摘 要： | 建立大学科技园是贯彻“科教兴国”战略的重要举措，建设好大学科技园对于推动高新技术产业化具有巨大作用。当前，大学科技园面临的主要问题是资金短缺，自我发展能力弱，而解决这一问题的途径是使大学科技园成为创业板上市公司的孵化器，对入园企业进行风险投资，并通过创业板上市，实现风险投资的增值。

| Abstract: | Establishing the university science and technology park,which can greatly drive industrialization of high technology,is one of the stratagems to develop the nation with science and technology. The main problems in frout of the university science and technology park are fragile basis and low self-development capacities. Making the university science and technology park to become the incubator of the listed company in the second board can solve these problems in some way. The university science and technology park can achieve its venture investment increment by helping the enterprises in its park to go into the stock market. |
