摘    要:当前,"80后"辅导员与"90后"大学生已经成为高校的主力军,他们之间的关系因为社会时代背景、教育管理制度、个性心理差异等因素有了冲突,而树立"以人为本"的教育管理理念,建立合作交流机制;做好职业生涯规划,增强相互认同感;关注特殊学生群体、建立激励保障制度,是构建和谐"80后"辅导员与"90后"大学生关系的基本策略,也是化解他们之间关系困境的有效途径。

Abstract:At present,counselors "after 80" and university students "after 90" have already become the main force,the relationship between them has a conflict because of the social background of the times,education management system,individual psychological differences and other factors,and establish "people-oriented" idea of education management,establish cooperation mechanism;do well in occupation career planning,enhance mutual identity;pay attention to the special groups of students,establish encouraging security system,is the basic strategy to construct harmonious relationship between counselors "after 80" and university students "after 90",also the efficient way to resolve their dilemma.
