高校教师背景特征对学生评教的影响分析

摘    要:高校教师教学效果与教师的年龄、职称、学历、教龄等相关背景特征有很高的相关性,目前,在学生评教中考察教师背景因素的影响作用,被广泛研究。本文以天津商业大学2010—2011学年两个学期学生评教的数据为研究对象,通过运用SPSS13.0 for windows统计软件,对学生评教结果及相关因素进行统计分析,验证教师背景特征对学生评教结果影响。

Abstract:The teaching effectiveness of College’s teacher have highly correlated with teacher’s age,job title,diploma,teaching experience and other relevant background characteristics,so,researching the role of teacher’s background factors in the Students’ evaluations of teaching now have been extensively studied.This article takes the data of the Students’ evaluations of teaching in Tianjin University of Commerce from 2010-2011 for study,using the statistical software of SPSS13.0 software for Windows.It verifies the affect of teachers’ background characteristics to the Students’ evaluations of teaching results,by statistical analyzing the results of the Students’ evaluations of teaching and related factors.
