| 摘 要： | 新媒体对传统媒体的冲击,使得整个传媒行业产生巨大转变,媒介融合运营而生,并对新闻传播从业人员提出了新的要求。如何应对这一变革是现目前整个业内讨论的热点。本文主要从高校新闻传播专业教育的角度,探讨高校应加强培养具有多媒体运用能力,宽口径,厚基础的新闻人才。
