| 摘 要： | 建设和谐校园文化是新时期全面推进高校改革与发展、实施人才强国战略、建设和谐社会的内在要求和必然选择。校园和谐发展的前提和基础是人的和谐,"以人为本"是校园文化建设的基本方针。目前我校正在进行校园文化建设,在这一过程中,辅导员也应以主人公的心态关注校园文化建设,并在建设校园政治文化、道德文化、学术文化和社团文化中积极发挥自身作用。以人文关怀为基石,搭建大学生思想政治教育和健康成长的新平台。

| Abstract: | The construction of harmonious campus culture is the inherent requirements and inevitable choice to comprehensively promote the reform and development of universities,implement the strategy of talent powerful nation,construct harmonious society in the new period.The precondition and the basis of harmonious development on the campus is the human harmony,"people-oriented"is the basic principle of campus culture construction.At present,my school is constructing campus culture,in this process,counselors should also regards the protagonist’s mind about the construction of campus culture,and to play its own positive role in building on the campus political culture,moral culture,academic culture and community culture.Humanistic care as the foundation,to build the new platform of the ideological and political education and the healthy development of college students. |
