| 摘 要： | 本文以连锁经营课程改革为背景,连锁专业以建立"厂中校"人才培养模式的基础上,采用"2+1"校企协同课程教学改革,通过两大教学空间,一个培养中心,形成三个教学主体与教学纬度,整合教学内容,实施教学任务,最终实现"教、学、做"一体化,但关于教学效果评估如何更好量化的问题,需要进一步研究并完善。

| Abstract: | This paper takes chain management course reform as the background,based on the personnel training mode of chain,using "2+1"schoolenterprise cooperation teaching reform,through two major teaching space,a training center,forms three teaching subject and teaching latitude,integrating the teaching content,teaching task,ultimately realizes the integration of "teaching,learning,doing",but how to better quantify the teaching effect assessment needs further research and improvement. |
