| 摘 要： | 当下,市场经济在不断的完善,信息技术也在快速的发展,企业中运营的模式也发生了很大的变化,企业的有效运作核心是金融,一个企业想要获得市场竞争的优势,那金融核心能力则是最重要的保障,在组织当中,关于积累性的学识,特别强调的是不同的成产技能和多种技术的学识相结合,这就是企业核心的能力。本文从企业金融能力的核心、企业金融能力的内容的概念和特征,对当前企业金融核心能力的提升措施展开论述。

| Abstract: | At present,market economy is in the continuous improvement,the information technology has been developing rapidly,the enterprise operation pattern has also changed,the core of effective operation is financial,an enterprise wants to obtain the advantages of competition in the market,the financial core competence is the most important guarantee,in the organization,on the accumulation of knowledge,especially the combination of different production skills and technical knowledge,this is the core competence of enterprise.This article from the core of enterprise finance ability,the concept and features of enterprise financial capacity,to discuss the improvement measures of current enterprise financial core competence. |
