| Abstract: | Due to the special features of business contract,business contracts has unique characteristics in vocabulary,such as professional,simplicity and terms formal etc..Archaic words is a kind of typical contract,the proper use of archaic words in the contract can make language serious,accurate and concise.Accurate understanding of the archaic words in business contracts is very crucial for the analysis and translation of business contract,accordingly,accurate translation of English business contract is the key to smooth economic activities. |
