| 摘 要： | 酒后驾车检查和处罚的加强给酒店行业带来的影响是显著的,尤其是以餐饮为其重要收入的高星级酒店面临巨大的经营压力。酒后代驾是顺应酒驾查处严厉应运而生并受到广泛关注,然后目前该行业市场发展不够成熟。本文以高星级酒店为研究对象,具体探讨酒店提供酒后代驾服务的优势、人员设置等一系列问题的思考。
