| Abstract: | With the development of the situation and the need of the tasks,the management of urban communities is increasingly important.At present,there exist a number of problems of managing the urban communities.The access mechanism of department work into communities should be established and improved in order to lay good foundation for urban communities and promote the harmonious development of urban economy and society. |
