| Abstract: | The primary stage of socialism and the new democratic society are two different social forms.From the political structure,they are similar in state system,government system,and even in guiding theory.However,they are fundamentally different in the class structure of the political power,the nature of the Central People's Government,and the function of democracy and dictatorship. |
