| 摘 要： | 目前中小学校长培训中存在着培训与使用脱节、培训层次不分、形式单一、考核不到位等问题，应在健全培训管理制度、分层次培训、强化培训等考核，对培训效果进行跟踪评估四个方面进行改善。
