| 摘 要： | 发生于20世纪60-70年代的美国第三次环保运动是一场全民参与的社会运动,运动以生态学理论为思想武器,以追求健康、安全的生活环境为目标,以控制和治理污染为重点,逐渐走向制度化和法制化。环保组织在运动中发挥了重大作用。

| Abstract: | In the 1960＇s and 70＇s,with the guideline of ecological theory,the purpose of seeking healthy safe living conditions and the focus of controlling abating pollution,America launched the third natural resources consevation movement across the nation, which was gradually legalized and institutionalized. Environmental protection agencies played an important part in the campain. |
