| 摘 要： | 经费相对不足、政府及社会重视不够、办学环境和管理体制综合素质欠佳等因素导致我国中等职教发展态势不稳定且相对落后,远不能适应培养数以亿计高素质劳动者和农村实用人才的重要任务.鉴于此,建议进一步加大中央财政对中等职教的投入,提高地方政府和社会对职教的认可度,积极拓展教育投入渠道,给予民办职教更多优惠,改善中等职教管理体制,提高其综合实力. |

| Abstract: | Chinese secondary vocational education is developing unstably and can not meet social demands for millions of high-quality laborers and practical talents in the countryside. This results from non-enough education funds and government supports, low-quality school running environment and management systems, etc. Thus, Chinese central government should provide more capital to the secondary vocational education; local governments and the whole society should have a correct recognition about it, make efforts to widen education devotion channels positively, provide more preferential treatment to the private education and improve management systems of the secondary vocational education and its comprehensive power. |
