| 摘 要： | 利用湘、青2000年和1985年少数民族学生体质健康调研所获得的数据,对湘、青少数民族学生的体质状况作15年的动态观察、对比和分析.为湘、青少数民族学生体质健康水平的提高提供科学依据.结果:15年间,湘、青少数民族学生的生长发育水平有一定幅度的提高,发育速度,土、撒族学生明显快于土家、苗族学生,发育过程多数出现提前,身体发育的充实度和匀称度除土族学生外均得到一定程度的改善;肺活量的相对值和绝对值均出现不同程度的下降;部分素质能力虽有不同程度的提高,但提高幅度不大,其中,耐力素质多数出现下降.

| Abstract: | Using the data obtained from investigations to constitution and health of minority students from 1985-2000 in the western part of Hunan province and Qing Tibet plateau area, the paper analyses the differences in constitution of Tujia, Miao, Tu and Sala minorities after 15 years' observation, comparison and analysis. The results show that the growth and development of minority students in the western part of Hunan province and Qing Tibet plateau area has improved to a certain extent. The growth and development of Tu and Sala students is faster than those of Tu jia and Miao students obviously. At the same time, their growth process has tended to be ahead of schedule, and the figures of minority students tend to improve except Tu students. Both of the relative and absolute value of the pulmonary capacity of the students have decreased to varying degrees. There is a little increase though their constitution improves differently, and the endurance quality has decreased. |
