| 摘 要： | 众所周知，公有制在理论上是高效率的，但在世界性的实践中却处处反映出它是低效率的。原因在于公有制理论的逻辑前提存在一定的缺陷，由此造成实践中许多难以解决的问题，最终导致了低效率的假象。

| Abstract: | It is well - known that the public ownership is of high efficiency in theory. However, its low efficiency is presented in any practice all over the world. The cause lies in certain defects in the logical premises of the theory of the public ownership, which results in many problems unable to be solved in practice and therefore leads to the seemingly low efficiency. |
