| Abstract: | The concept of scientific development is a new breakthrough in the CPC's concept of development, the newest fruit united by Marx's development concept and Chinese practice. Absorbing the world scientific accomplishment. it becomes the newest summary for the historical experiences and lessons of Chinese socialist construction. The concept of scientific development will provide the new power for CPC's all-round construction of the well-off society and the realization of great Chinese restoration. |
