| 摘 要： | 农村寄宿生的成长问题是当前我国基础教育中存在的一个重点问题。分析了目前农村寄宿制学校寄宿生管理工作普遍存在的困难,介绍了＂着眼学生健康成长,营造温馨家园＂理念指导下,如何开展农村寄宿制寄宿生的管理工作,促进学生健康成长。

| Abstract: | The development of the rural boarders is one of the key issues in China’s current basic education.This paper analyzes the universal problems that exist in the management of the rural boarders and expounds how to carry out the management under the guidance of the concept of focusing on the healthy development of the students and creating a cozy home with a view to promote the student’s healthy development. |
