| 摘 要： | 新生入学教育对加强大学生事务管理和思想政治教育具有重要意义。本文以助理辅导员朋辈辅导实践活动的新生反馈调查为基础,分析朋辈辅导在新生入学教育中的优势及实践过程中存在的问题,提出构建新生助理辅导员朋辈辅导相关机制,促进新生入学教育的科学化、精细化。

| Abstract: | Entrance education for college freshmen is of great significance in strengthening student affairs management and ideological education.This paper,based on college freshmen’s feedback,analyzes the advantages and problems of assistant instructors’ peer counseling practice and puts forward a preliminary assumption of assistant instructors’ peer counseling mechanism so as to promote a scientific and fine college entrance education. |
