| 摘 要： | 青少年体质健康状况薄弱是长期以来困扰我国教育和社会发展的问题之一。2006年12月,国家颁发了《关于开展全国亿万学生阳光体育运动的决定》,督促各级各类学校全面实施《学生体质健康标准》。健康体魄是青少年为祖国和人民服务的基本前提,是中华民族旺盛生命力的体现。学校教育要树立健康第一的指导思想,切实加强体育工作,使学生掌握基本运动技能,养成坚持锻炼身体的良好习惯。由此可见青少年体质健康是学校体育教学工作中的重要环节,也是学校教育体系中的重要组成部分。正确合理地推行体质健康体系,对于促进学校体育教育工作有着重要的意义,对深化学校体育改革、完善体质健康评价体系、促进全体学生综合素质的提高具有深刻的影响。文章试图探索构建校园青少年体质健康体系以及相关理论问题,丰富我国青少年体质健康的研究,并为决策管理部门制定有关青少年体质健康促进方而的制度及政策提供参考。这对提高全民族体质健康水平,有着积极而深远的意义。

| Abstract: | In December of 2006,the decision on carrying out the sun sports among millions of students all over the country was awarded to supervise the implementation of student physical health standard in various schools.Thus the adolescent physical health is the important part in school sports teaching and it is also an important component in school education system.The correct and reasonable implementation of the health system is very important for the school sports education work and it has the vital significance for deepening the reform of university physical education,perfecting evaluation system,and promoting the improving of the comprehensive quality of students.This paper intends to explore the way to construct campus adolescent health system and the relevant theories.In doing so it can enrich the research of the adolescent physical health in our country and it provides the reference for the decision-making and management departments to form the system and policy on the promotion of the adolescent physical health. |
