| 摘 要： | 土地整理是村庄规划的必然产物。结合王村土地整理的实际分析该村土地整理的特点,同时指出当前土地整理中存在的一些问题,主要是土地整理的成本高、资金来源单一、缺少居民参与。提出有关土地整理的思考,建议找到一个合适的土地的整理模式,转变土地整理的投资方式,坚持土地整理的质与量的统一和参与式发展模式。

| Abstract: | Land consolidation is a natural product of village planning. In this paper, the actual king Plat stoma land consolidation characteristics of the village land consolidation, land consolidation also points out some existing problems, mainly the high cost of land consolidation, single source of funds, lack of public participation, concludes with the land consolidation thinking, it is recommended to find a suitable pattern of land consolidation, land consolidation to change the way investment, persist in the quality and quantity of land consolidation of unity and uphold the participatory development model. |
