瑜伽在当代中国流行的社会动因研究

摘    要:为促进瑜伽更好地、全面地融入我国现代体育文化的环境,采用文献资料法、历史研究法和归纳推理法等,深入探讨瑜伽在当代中国流行的社会动因。认为:在瑜伽健身修心价值得到普遍确证的前提下,由于中国和印度同属高语境文化圈,两国人民的价值观相近,彼此文化中很多象征符号类似甚至类同,使瑜伽在中国的跨文化传播过程中相对顺畅,依靠瑜伽在中国国内发展的社会性别文化建构过程,并伴随我国扩大经常参加体育锻炼人数群与丰富体育外交形式的社会发展现实需要,这些共同构成瑜伽在当代中国流行的社会动因;瑜伽在中国的本土化发展是以文化共通性、文化同质性乃至文化融合性为依据,通过我国禅宗、道家等文化与印度瑜伽文化之间的适应、接纳与结合,进而形成的一种交融、共生、共存与共享的跨文化传播模式;瑜伽的本土化发展贯穿的是一种“去其糟粕,取其精华,为我所用”的文化整合和文化创新理念,体现的是中国本土化情境与全球化意义的深度融合。

Abstract:In order to promote the better and comprehensive integration of yoga into the environment of modern sports culture in China, the research uses methods of literature review, historical comparison and inductive reasoning to explore the social factors responsible for yoga craze in contemporary China. Results: The value of yoga as a way of physical and spiritual cultivation has been widely acknowledged. China and India fit in the same circle of high-context culture with similar values and cultural symbols, which makes the cross-cultural communication of Yoga successful. Meanwhile, the construction of gender culture relying on yoga in China, the growing number of people participating in physical exercise and the practical needs of social development to enrich different forms of sports diplomacy, are responsible for yoga craze in contemporary China. Conclusion: The localization of yoga in China is based on cultural universals, cultural homogeneity and cultural integration. Through the adaptation, acceptance and integration of Chinese Zen and Taoist cultures with Indian yoga culture, a cross-cultural communication pattern of blending, coexisting, symbiosing and sharing is formed. The localization of yoga runs through a philosophy of cultural integration and innovation: "discard the dregs and take the essence for our own use", reflecting the deep integration of localization and globalization in China.
