| Abstract: | The paper analyzed the extensive relationship between ideological and political education and administrative management, elaborated the necessity of the combination on the higher education system. Proposed that the extensive integration of ideological and political education and administrative management is one of the most important principles. And several approaches were put forward to put theory into practice. Only while both of them integrally combined, then we can foster high capacities undergraduate students. |
