| 摘 要： | 针刺疗法治疗各种运动损伤时，选穴问题是首要的。根据近几年来的临床实践，结合典型病例，阐述运动损伤针刺疗法的选穴方法，注重伤部归经，循经取穴，远近搭配，且按穴位性能，选用一些特定穴，从而拟定治疗方案。按照这样的选穴方法治疗19例运动损伤，其有效率达100％。

| Abstract: | To treat various sport injury by acupuncture,selection of points is of the first importance. According to clinical practice in recent years, combining with typical cases,to expound the way of selecting points in acupuncture treatment of sport injury. To lay stress on the location of an injury belonging to the meridian and selecting near or far points along the meridian. And pay more attention to select the special points in the light of the function of points and draw up a treated plan. To treat 19 cases of sport injury by the way of selection points,the tolal effective rate of treatment was 100%. |
