结合"双证"教育构建高职人才培养新模式

摘    要:高职人才培养模式是影响"双证"教育效果的直接因素。本文通过对人才培养模式、模块化教学的探讨,结合实践经验归纳出"双证"教育的新途径,对确保"双证"教育健康有序的发展、提升学生就业竞争能力有着重要的参考价值。

Abstract:The mode of cultivating talent in higher vocational education is the direct factor that influences the result of Double Certifications education.This paper generalizes the new means of Double Certifications education according to the discussion of talent training model,modular teaching as well as the combination of practice.It plays an important role to guarantee the development of Double Certifications education healthily and orderly.Also it hase great value to improve student' abilities for employment competition.
