| 摘 要： | 研究组织建设是我国现阶段大学科研发展的一个重要内容及热点问题，具有普遍性与多样性，但对其研究尚显缺乏。在此，借鉴组织理论、层级理论的思想，结合科学研究的具体特点，对大学研究组织的内涵、其发展的必然性、存在的主要问题进行初步分析作一些探讨。

Here in the virtue of organizational theory and hierarchical theory,and in the combination with the characteristics of scientific research,it analyzes the connotation,inevitability of development,and the major problems in the research organization in high institution. |
