| 摘 要： | 十七大报告中首次提出了生态文明的概念。企业生态伦理是近年来研究企业文化的热点问题之一,对参与构建和谐社会有重要的现实意义。长期以来,企业文化"重经济、轻生态"的观念根深蒂固,传统的以资源高投入和环境污染为代价来换取经济的发展是不可取的和不可持续的,这一发展模式已为历史所否定。通过对企业生态伦理意识及企业与生态文化结合意义的剖析,在企业文化构建中旨在树立企业的正确生态观,促进企业的可持续发展。
