| 摘 要： | 加入WTO引发的政治、经济和化的变化要求高等教育模式和教育思想的变革。本分析了加入WTO后我国高职教育所遇到的挑战和目前我国高职教育存在的问题，提出了建立适应时代要求的高职人才培养体系的基本思路。

| Abstract: | Entrying WTO will inevitably lead to changes in politics, economy and culture in China, and made it necessary for Chinese educational model and educational idea to undergo substantial reform. This paper presents the new challenge and the exiting problems in Chinese higher vocational education after en-trying WTO, and the paper proposes to put forward the basis idea of higher vocational education system that can meet the demand of the time for talented personels. |
