摘    要:目的:观察灭活的双歧杆菌对烧伤小鼠细菌移位及血清蛋白水平的影响.方法:制作Ⅲ度烫伤(烧伤)小鼠动物模型,分别以双歧杆菌灭活菌液、活菌液对小鼠进行灌饲后,检测组织匀浆内示踪菌数量与血清蛋白水平.结果:活菌组、死菌组同自然恢复组相比,组织匀浆内示踪菌数量与血清蛋白水平恢复至正常对照组水平.结论:双歧杆菌灭活菌液具有与活菌液相同的治疗小鼠烧伤感染作用.

Abstract:Objective] To observe the effect of heat-killed bifidobacterium to bacterial translocation and serum protein level of mice with empyrosis.Methods] The animal model of mice with Ⅲ degree empyrosis was made,and given by intragastric administration therapy including live bifidobacterial suspension and heat-killed bifidobacterial suspension.Tissue bomogenate tagging bacterium and serum protein level of mice were detected.Results] Versus spontaneous recovery group,all indexes of live strains group and heat-killed strains group recuperated to normal control level.Conclusions] Heat-killed bifidobacterium has the curing effect against mice with empyrosis same as live bifidobacterium.
