| 摘 要： | 高等教育改革的发展、学分制管理体制的不断深入,为加强高校社区文化建设提出了客观要求。当前,在高校社区文化建设中还存在一系列问题:学校管理体制较为落后,管理理念有待进一步提高,学生参与积极性不高,社区文化活动单调等。加强新时期高校社区文化建设要推进管理体制改革,提高管理队伍素质,提升社区文化活动的品位和质量,充分利用网络技术手段,使社区文化成为大学生成长的重要基地。
