| 摘 要： | 网络文学非法转载有别于纸质图书盗版，它是一种特殊的著作权侵权形式，具有快捷性、隐蔽性和影响广泛性等特点，侵害了作者及其授权刊载网站的信息网络传播权，对网络文学产业的健康发展造成了严重损害。网络文学非法转载的盛行同违法成本较低和免费网络消费观有较大关系，因此，要营造健康的网络文学传播发展环境，需要构建适宜的治理机制，增强作者及其授权网站的维权意识和维权能力，加大对非法转载的责任追究力度，建立有利于遏制非法转载的追究程序。

| Abstract: | Network literature il egal y reproduced with paper pirated books. It is a kind of special copyright infringement, with high-efficient, hidden and extensive influence characteristics, against the author and its authorized published in the website of the right of communication through information network, on the network literature industry health development caused serious damage. The prevalence of illegal reprint of network literature has a great relationship with the low cost of the law and the concept of free Internet consumption. Therefore, to create a healthy network literature communication environment for the development of, need to build the appropriate governance mechanisms, enhance author and website authorized rights awareness and ability to safeguard their rights, increase the intensity of accountability of il egal y reproduced, establish a conducive to curb il egal reprint of accountability procedures. |
