| 摘 要： | 随着社会主义市场经济体制的改革和时代的进步，高等师范院校传统的人才培养模式的弊端日益呈现。必须改变专业教育的单一性和狭窄性，打破人才培养统一化的模式，建立宽广的通识教育体系，培养适应社会需要的具体创新精神的高素质复合型人才。高等师范教育一定要体现“师范性”特色，注重师范教育的实践性和其育人功能，通过各种途径，培养出适应社会要求的高素质教师，提高教师专业化水平，走教师专业化的发展道路，这是中国教育改革和发展的必然走向。
