| Abstract: | The founding of Capital University marked the beginning of universities in China and was of epoch -making significance in the modern educational history of China. Three literati from Taizhou, Wang Zhouyao, Yu Changlin and Zhang Qin, once threw themselves into the educational cause of Capital University and made great contributions in its teaching and administration. In a word, they played an active role in the development and strengthening of the university. |
