| 摘 要： | 外贸经济的发展对外贸人才的要求越来越高。要求外贸从业人员必须拥有良好的综合素质，具有外语、计算机应用能力，有在外企的工作经验和操作技能等。本文从外贸的发展现状，介绍从事外贸业务人员需求的特点，从而分析我院国际经济与贸易专业应用型本科的专业定位，针对性地对构建该专业的人才培养方案提出了几点见解。

| Abstract: | With the development of foreign trade and economy, the requirements for foreign trade talents are increasingly high. It is required that foreign trade employees should possess excellent comprehensive quality, abilities of foreign languages and com-puter application, as well ad working experience and operation skills in foreign enterprises. Based on the current situation of for-eign trade development, this paper introduces the characteristics of requirements for foreign trade employees, analyzes the orienta-tion of the undergraduate major of international economy and trade in our university, and pertinently puts forward several sug-gestions on the construction of talent cultivation plan for the ma-jor. |
