| 摘 要： | 随着时代的不断发展，大学生在新时期的思想政治教育面临着全新的挑战。这种状况出现的原因，应当是在改革开放后，随着中国经济的迅速腾飞，中国与世界各国的交流不断加强，大学生的思想状况也发生了一些新的变化，呈现出一些新的特点。针对这些情况的发生，高校大学生的思想政治工作想要取得更好的成效就不得不深入分析当前大学生的思想状况，对大学生思想政治教育内容进行符合时代的创新，即对教育内容、工作思路、组织形式进行科学合理的改变。在这个过程中应当按照科学发展观的要求，坚持以人为本，实现大学生的全面发展。提高大学生思想政治教育的时效性与针对性，促进大学生思想政治教育长效机制的建立。

On the Construction of a Long-Term Mechanism for the Ideological and Political Education of University Students in the New Situation |

| Abstract: | With the continuous development of the times, the ide-ological and political education of university students in the new situation is faced with new challenges. The reason of the situation lies in the new changes and characteristics of university students＇ ideological condition resulting from China＇s rapid economic de-velopment and more frequent international exchanges after the reform and opening-up. In this situation, to make the ideological and political education of university students more effective, the ideological condition of the current university students should be deeply analyzed and the education contents should be innovated in accordance with the times, namely, the scientific and rational change of education contents, working ideas, and organizational forms. The process should conform to the requirements of the sci-entific outlook on development and adhere to the people-oriented idea, so as to realize the comprehensive development of university students, improve the timeliness and pertinency of the ideological and political education of university students, and promote the construction of a long-term mechanism for the education. |
