| Abstract: | As school administrators and teachers lay emphasis on students＆#39; intelligent development and ignore quality-oriented ed-ucation, more and more backward students emerge, which severely restricts the improvement and education and teaching quality. Therefore, whether backward students can be effective transformed is the key ensuring and improving education and teaching quality, as well as the top priority of school moral edu-cation, and it has become a common view of all educators. |
