| 摘 要： | 模具设计与制造行业对职业应用型人才的需求日益明朗，高职院校的人才培养目标应与社会需求紧密衔接。合理定位模具设计与制造专业的教学培养目标，改革教学内容、提升实践教育的比例，并注重实训基地和师资力量的建设，是有效提升学生职业能力的重要措施。

| Abstract: | The applied talent demand of mold design and manu-facturing industry is increasingly evident, and the talent cultiva-tion objectives of higher vocational colleges should be closely re-lated to social demands. To rationally position the teaching and cultivation objectives of the mold design and manufacturing ma-jor, reform the teaching contents, increase the proportion of prac-tice education, and lay emphasis on the construction of training bases and teaching staffs, are important measures of effectively improving students＆#39; occupational ability. |
