| 摘 要： | 高校后勤服务育人功能是大学生思想政治教育的重要组成部分。如何在后勤服务管理工作嵌入育人功能是当代高校后勤工作需要深入研究并实践的重点。通过论述服务育人队伍建设、借助常规工作、充分运用传统与新型服务载体的互补及生活环境文化建设等，阐明高校后勤服务育人功能嵌入的可行路径，为服务育人提出理论依据及实践形式。

| Abstract: | The education role of university logistic service is an important part of ideological and political education of university students.The key field for researching and practicing is to find how to put logistic service education function into routine works of logistic service management. Through the discussion of service and education team construction,by means of routine work, mak-ing full use between traditional and new service methods, living environment and culture building,we can find a feasible path that the education function of university logistic service can be easily embedded,to provide theoretical basis and practical form for ser-vice and education, too. |
